Is there a free tier?
Yes. Every new account gets 1 GB of encrypted storage free—no credit card required. Same client-side encryption and sealed sharing as paid plans. Upgrade when you need more storage or teammates.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Plans are priced by storage tier with included member caps (Personal 1, Pro up to 5, Team up to 50). You can add storage packs without buying seats.
What do storage packs cost?
Optional +50 GB packs are $10/mo each, billed with your subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from billing settings. After cancellation you return to the free 1 GB cap; encrypted data remains yours subject to our Terms and retention practices.
